Delivery is organized by the supplier, we ask our suppliers to dispatch items within 42-78 hours. You will receive an email on dispatch with your tracking link and a contact address for the seller. If you are concerned about a delivery, please reach out to the seller directly.
If you have paid for an item on pre-order, the supplier will reach out to directly for more information on timeframes and shipping costs.
You can only process a return once you have received the item.
To do this, you can either:
1) Contact the seller directly (via the contact email provided in your order confirmation) 2) Contact customer service 3) Request a return from your Wellbetter account:
Login to your account and view your purchase history. You will then have an option to initiate a return by select Return items. You will be prompted to select the item you wish to return, select the reason for return and add any additional notes which will be reviewed by the Marketplace and Seller.
When this is complete, you will then be provided with a link to download and print a return label. This label will include the sellers address.
Exchanges & Refunds
Refunds & Exchanges will be reviewed on a case be case basis and are subject to the sellers return policies.
