For Sellers When advertising the purchase of your products and services on Wellbetter Marketplace, you are hereby confirming that you hold the right and authority to sell this item. You are also agreeing that the listing meets the terms of the Code of Conduct. When advertising the listing description in question, it must be an accurate representation of the sale made. Each Seller’s account may charge the applicable shipping and handling costs: however, accounts may not charge excessive fees associated with shipping and handling or otherwise avoid marketplace fees by completing the end of sale through their own platform. Sales made via the Wellbetter Marketplace are definite and binding. Each Seller’s account is to be accountable for shipping and delivery. They are also responsible to close this transaction with the consumer within 20 days of the order being made. There may be some exempt or exceptional circumstances that release the Seller of obligation to the consumer: - The consumer in question is unable to verify their indemnity to the Seller. - The consumer does not meet the terms and conditions of the Seller, this includes but is not limited to invalid payment. - The consumer has purchased a personalised/made to order item that may take several weeks to complete end of the sale.
For Buyers When purchasing products and services on Wellbetter Marketplace, you are hereby confirming that you are over the age of 18. You are also agreeing that when purchasing items, you as a user meet the terms of the Code of Conduct. When purchasing a product or service you are ensuring that the listing’s description in question, is an accurate representation of the sale made. Seller’s may charge the applicable shipping and handling costs: however, accounts may not charge excessive fees associated with shipping and handling or otherwise avoid marketplace fees by completing the end of sale through their own platform, Buyer’s need be aware that you may incur applicable shipping costs within your purchase and abide by Wellbetter Marketplace’s purchasing guidelines. Wellbetter Marketplace is a platform that allows users to buy and sell products / services in a fast and easy way! However, in order to complete transactions all users must abide by our Terms and Conditions. For Sellers You will receive your payment less our commission no more than 21 days after you have marked the goods as dispatched. A monthly subscription fee will automatically renew each month. You must provide 30 days written notice of non-renewal to email@example.com to Wellbetter Marketplace. Fees are exclusive of UK VAT.
All sales that begin on Wellbetter Marketplace will be finalised within the Marketplace’s Payment Gateway.
Protection for Sellers: In order to qualify for Wellbetter Marketplaces Seller Protection, you The Seller must be able to provide proof that a) you The Seller were one of the two parties within this transaction, b) that you provided and sold the listed item, c) that you The Seller dispatched this item to the Buyer within 20 days of the order being placed on Wellbetter Marketplace, d) and that the item being sold materially and substantially conformed to the description in your shop. Prohibited items and face to face transactions are not covered by Wellbetter Marketplaces Seller Protection. If the Buyer and Seller cannot reach a resolution, Wellbetter will try to mediate a resolution between you and the Buyer. If we conclude that the Buyer is correct in their claim that the item was not delivered or was not as described, you agree to refund the Buyer the full sale price of the item. Where you fail to take this action, you hereby give Wellbetter the authority and permission to do this on your behalf.
Protection for Buyers: In order to qualify for Wellbetter Marketplaces Buyers Protection, you The Buyer must be able to provide proof that a) you The Buyer purchased the item with Wellbetter, b) and that the item did not arrive, c) or was materially and substantially different to the description. If we find the above criteria fulfilled, you will receive a full refund of the item from the Seller. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide adequate proof that the item did not meet the criteria via photographs, listing descriptions, email correspondence etc. Returns & Refunds Wellbetter Marketplaces returns and refunds policy is as stands for both Buyers & Sellers.
Buyers will be subject to the statutory minimum for a “cooling-off period” - this means that the Seller must offer you 14 days to return and/or exchange items. As stated by Citizens Advice “you automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person - unless it’s bespoke or made to measure.The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order.
If you have decided to return a product purchased through Wellbetter Marketplace, you the buyer must notify the seller directly within 14-days of receiving said item. Refunds will include the cost of standard delivery fees. If you have paid excess for delivery at your own leisure you will not be reimbursed for this cost.

NOTE: Products do not need to be returned in the original packaging, however they need to be secured properly. Should damage to an item be incurred during transit back to the provider due to insufficient packing, the Seller will not be liable nor required to give a refund or exchange. Wellbetter Marketplace may also be inclined to under special circumstances, (i.e. damage to items, the item in question does not match the description on our website, etc), still offer refunds/exchanges or credits after the 14 day “cooling off period”.
Wellbetter Marketplace may offer refunds or credits to Service Cancellations, however if the event has not occurred yet and you wish to cancel, we also reserve the right to reduce your refund for the service to cover the costs related to arranging said service and the allocation of your booking.
If you would like to cancel the booking of a service you will need to review the Suppliers cancellation policy and Wellbetter Marketplace will not be able to assist with a refund if you have cancelled outside of the stated terms and conditions of the supplier.

Shipping options may vary when completing the order, e.g. Standard/Express. Additionally, if you are purchasing products or services that contain or facilitate alcohol on the premise you may be required to provide your identification as well as signed delivery.

As Wellbetter Marketplace also facilitates the purchase of services, the details of your service including date, time and location will be sent to you in a Confirmation of Purchase email.
By purchasing services through Wellbetter Marketplace you are acknowledging that we the marketplace are not responsible to ensure that services are set up and complete prior to the start of said service, you are also acknowledging that Wellbetter Marketplace is not responsible for any of the preparation or set up on the said service.
Should services be rescheduled or cancelled you will be notified by the seller or us, and in the case of cancellation you will be entitled to a full refund or credit to the value paid for the service. Please note this does not include any additional costs such as food, travel and accommodation, solely the price of the service. Intellectual Property of Wellbetter Wellbetter Marketplace including but not limited to logos, page headers, buttons, graphics, service names, icons, and scripts are trademarked, or trade dressed of Scopesuite LTD and its subsidiaries. Intellectual Property of the Seller By agreeing to Wellbetter Marketplaces Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct and you hereby permit Wellbetter Marketplace including but not limited to worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to exercise publicity, copyright, database rights and all other specified and non-specified intellectual property rights to brand names, logos, trademarks, information, data, graphics, photographs, images, text, usernames, audio, items, video, profiles and links posted by the Seller onto the Wellbetter Marketplace including all other media known and unknown. Through the upload of content to Wellbetter Marketplace, you are hereby guaranteeing that you have an ownership or have the right to use the content uploaded. You are pledging that the content uploaded will not violate any third party intellectual property rights. Should Wellbetter Marketplace receive complaints in respect of any the content posted by you the Seller, it is your exclusive obligation to amend this complaint at your own cost, including but not limited to any compensation Wellbetter Marketplace require for any losses suffered. Wellbetter Marketplace also claims the right and authorisation to remove/ban any such content effective immediately upon receiving a complaint. By agreeing to this Code of Conduct you are hereby promising that you will not misuse, tamper, or otherwise hack our Website (including our subsidiaries) This includes but is not limited to introducing a virus, logic bombs, trojans, worms and any other harmful technical material with the known and unknown intention to carry out service attacks of our database. This includes functionality and customer privacy rights.
